Hi, just evaluating your great plugin and encountered an issue.
I created one rota item for testing, but after adding further items. i.e. had projector, then added youth and coffee, whenever i added information on those dates for the additional rota items, this did not save and in the end deleted those dates and re-entered.

I think I have understood your bug and replicated it.
Just to clarify you had some initial rota jobs, then you added some more jobs, you found that when trying to add people to those jobs on a particular date, the new rota jobs were missing!
I have fixed that issue and tested it and uploading version 0.33.3.2 now
You removed the PDF issue from your post which I couldn’t replicate, but I have fixed the pdf dropdown menu on the main directory page, which wasn’t showing the extra years.
