    Hi,

    I have about 2600 directory records of which the majority are inactive (Deactive is what is displayed in the directory).
    Can I use this flag/field to filter the directory display and if so, how do I apply this.

    Filtering active/deactivated will be in update v1.4400

    Why do you have some many deactivated records? I envisaged it for people who had left but we needed to keep safeguarding data for.
    Most jurisdictions now have laws about not keeping personal data past the need for it!

    We have so many records that are deactivated because we need to be able to find those who have been baptised/confirmed at our church. We have many families who come for baptisms and then are not regular attendees. When the kids reach school age, the christian schools require proof of baptism and so they come to us for the info :-)
