Ability to add Custom Fields to the Filtered Address List

Hi Andy,
Would be great to be able to include Custom Fields in the Filtered Address List. I like the enhancement that allows me to add/remove embedded fields, but would be good if this can be extended to include custom fields.
I know this one is a big job as it requires searching the custom fields table and then the people table. But if I dont ask I dont get
