Hi Andy! I have always been able to update the Word Press plug-in until the last couple of updates. Now I get the following error: "Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions." Do you know what file permissions this is referring to? Confused

Have another go! Sometimes its a glitch.

Sometimes (not very good) hosting companies add a file to directories to tell which version of PHP to use - that could stop an update.

If no joy, have a look at FTP and see if any file permissions are not what they should be.
Files are 644, directories are 755 (

Try installing Sucuri - that will check for any weirdness.

If you are finding the plugin useful, please subscribe to the app - it's free for your congregation to use and only £9.99pm for a church subscription - free int'l bank transfers with Revolut
