I've downloaded and installed the plugin today! Whoa, a lot of work has been done since I checked it about half a year ago! Well done!

I'm located in The Netherlands; so the dutch translation would be great. I noticed the .po file is there, but the .mo file seems to be missing from the installation package. I've created it myself now through the Poedit application, but wanted to notify you to check the current build.

I will try to complete the Dutch PO file as well, I noticed that quite a few lines were untranslated, others were indicated to be checked due to previous updates.

Hey Arjan,
Welcome aboard!
The best place to edit the translation is now online https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/church-admin/stable/nl/default rather than the po file with the plugin.
I must get in touch with the language people and see if I can remove them yet!

If you are finding the plugin useful, please subscribe to the app - it's free for your congregation to use and only £7.50 per month / $10 per month for the church - with a free month trial to get used to it.

Alright, thanks for pointing me to the new location. I'll try to make some time to add / edit some of the untranslated lines!

Alright, about 95% is translated now of the stable release. Will finish that somewhere later today. I will also continue later for the documentation part as well.

My plan is to download the version in a .po/mo version (I think there's an option, right?) and try this on my currently installed version to see if there is sufficient consistency. In table form that is sometimes hard to keep an eye on and makes more sense checking what the site is actually showing you.

Is there anyone who can check and approve the Dutch translations? Or can you add me to the Translation Contributers?

Thanks!

Wow great job!
You can request to be added as the translation editor for the plugin - they will look at whether you are good enough - I got rejected for UK English!!!!

Andy, just to let you know:

Today I contacted the local language team for WP through Slack (took me some time to found out how that all worked). Had a little chat with one of the main members and after a check on the already contributed items, I've been appointed as Translation Editor for nl_NL as well as for nl_NL(formal). Meaning I can approve the items now as well and finalise the current translations.

In the next days I will continue and test the translation with my test website so I can see the translations in Dutch live before approving them. It will improve the translation quality in my opinion, seeing it in a live situation first.

So, only a short time from now, there should be a fully translated version in Dutch.

FYI: production / stable version translation completeness is 100% for Dutch.

Will check the development version and the manual(s) ASAP.
