When sending a test to myself I received this error

Error sending: HTTP status 400; Response was {

This is my configuration.

Bulksms EAPI url http://usa.bulksms.com/eapi
SMS username afruin
SMS password ##########

I know this is not much to go on but I am hoping that you have some experience that will point the way.

Change the URL to https://api.bulksms.com/v1 and it should work

Thanks for the help but it is still not functioning and gives the same error:

Sending to 52661-114-6944

Error sending: HTTP status 400; Response was {

New hint...
The email is failing also. It would appear I have some server problem?..?..
Email send error:

I suspect your server hasn't got the cURL extension for PHP.
The next update will flag that on the Church Admin main screen in a user friendly way.
Meanwhile if you have FTP access you can create a file phpinfo.php with the following in it

Upload to the root directory of your website and then browse to yourdomain.com/phpinfo.php

Look and see if cURL is enabled.
If not contact your host and ask why it isn't enabled!

If you are finding the plugin useful, please subscribe to the app - it's free for your congregation to use and only £9.99pm for a church subscription

Thanks Andy,
I did check and verified that cURL is installed and functioning.
I found that my email problems was caused by WP FrontEnd extension (now deleted).
I am, however, still having the same error when I try to send an sms to myself.
Error sending: HTTP status 400; Response was {
Any other ideas?

andrew

When you were ready to login and look at this our server was experiencing various issues. Those are all fixed now if you have time to revisit the issue.
Thanks again.
