Andy,

Do you plan to add the ability to do individual attendance, as opposed to headcount attendance?

One of the features we rely on in our CMS is the ability to follow up on people who have missed services.

How do you envisage individual attendance being recorded?

Andy, the way it works for us now using FellowshipOne is that a list of all members is given with checkboxes, and those boxes are checked to confirm attendance for a specific service. I could screenshot some of the screens if it would help explain. Essentially, instead of one number given for the total attendance, it allows us to quickly see how many were in attendance for children, adults, guests, etc. As well total headcount. It also lets us look back over a person's attendance history to see how consistent they've been. As I mentioned earlier, we can also quickly follow up on new guests as well as people who have missed recently.

Like the concept, but wouldn't it get unwieldy pretty quickly as you grow? Can't see it working well >100 for instance.

I understand, but the average size church in America (I realize you're not in America 🙂 ) is 75 in attendance. We are nearly 200 members, and have no problem yet managing attendance for our weekend services. However, where this would have extended appeal is in small group attendance, not just the larger services.

It's getting there! 0.730 should allow you to track attendance by clicking on people's names. That'll be stored for each person and in the current attendance data record.

I'm working on ways to use that data. Any requests?
