In the Church Admin plugin, a schedule sets out who is doing what at a particular church service. Rota is the British English word for the same thing — the plugin uses both, and the admin menu calls it Schedule.
You can have as many church sites and services as you need, and set up a schedule for each — both regular services like a Sunday morning meeting, and ad-hoc ones like weddings and funerals.
Each service has its own schedule jobs: the tasks that need covering — setup team, welcome, worship leader, host, preacher, children’s leader, and as many more as you like. You can link each job to a ministry so the plugin suggests the right people.
Once a schedule is built, you can publish it on your website with a shortcode, block or Elementor widget, show it in the Our Church App, and email or text it to the people serving. Volunteers can also see just their own dates.
Schedules are a premium feature.
